We Accept the ESA + Scholarship!
North Carolina offers grant and scholarship programs with ESA+ and the Opportunity Scholarship that expands school choice and helps families afford nonpublic K12 schools and programs . NCSEAA administers these programs on behalf of the State, maintains a call center, and publishes printed publications that assist families. Who can Apply?
The ESA+ scholarship is for students with disabilities who require special education services. When you apply, we will ask you to submit your student’s Eligibility Determination. This is a legal document issued by a public school that determines whether a student has a disability and is eligible for special education or related services.
